Craniosacral Massage

Developed from 1975 through 1983 by Dr. John Upledger at Michigan State University, Craniosacral is a therapy designed to improve the central nervous system. Craniosacral therapy consists of very light touches where therapists such as Amanda will gently let go of restrictions in the craniosacral system. This type of massage is recommended for all ages.
